Shipping and Handling Charges
Trezora does not believe in overcharging for our shipping and handling. We will cover our costs for materials, shipping costs and our time. That’s it. Be aware that the State of Texas requires charging tax on shipping and handling charges on items shipped within the state of Texas. More information regarding taxes can be found on our Terms of Use page. See the second to last paragraph.

Shipping Your Online Order
Trezora Glass offers flexible shipping options for the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the checkout page based on type of service, weight and destination. If you would like to insure your item or have other shipping needs, please reply to the confirmation email with any special instructions.

All orders will be shipped within the time frame specified on the item page. Most items will ship in 2 business days. Some items will ship in 2 weeks and are marked in the product page as such. All prices are expressed in U.S. currency.

Note: If an order has multiple items with different shipping times, then the order will ship complete based on the longest shipping time. If you wish to split the order, please reply to your confirmation email with special instructions. Based on your request there may be additional shipping costs.

P.O. Boxes
It is not presently possible to ship to a P.O box through our online ordering system. To ship to a P.O. box, email us at orders@trezora.com. In your email include SKU#, quantity, accessory options and a phone number where you can be reached. For security purposes, do not include you debit or credit card information. Your order will be confirmed and your credit or debit card information will be communicated over the phone.

International Orders
It is not presently possible to ship to an international address through our online ordering system. To ship to a an international address, email us at orders@trezora.com. In your email include SKU#, quantity, accessory options and a phone number where you can be reached. For security purposes, do not include you debit or credit card information. Your order will be confirmed and your credit or debit card information will be communicated over the phone.

Duties and Charges Associated with International Orders
International orders (shipments outside the U.S.) may be subject to import duties and taxes. These duties and taxes are levied by the destination country's government and solely the responsibility of the recipient.

All charges for customs clearance, import duties and taxes are payable by the recipient. Trezora Glass does not include such charges in the delivery fee or purchase price of its products and is in no way responsible for such payments under any circumstances. Trezora Glass has no control over those charges and has no mechanism to determine the appropriate charges. Trezora Glass is in no way responsible for the payment of any such charges.

When ordering from Trezora Glass you agree to pay any import duties which may be imposed by the destination country's government. Refusing to pay any import duties may prevent delivery of your goods. Failure to pass through customs does not release the recipient from payment. The recipient remains liable for the purchase price of the product including the full purchase price of the item(s), shipping charges, any additional shipping charges incurred in the return of the goods to Trezora Glass and any customs duty or penalties imposed by the destination government.

Since customs policies vary widely between countries, contact your local customs office in order to ensure that you comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of goods is considered the importer of the ordered goods and is responsible for compliance to the laws and regulations of the destination country.
