You may return items purchased from Trezora.com within 30 days of delivery in new condition with original packaging and accessories for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error, we will also pay the return shipping cost.

info@trezora.com within 30 days of delivery with a description of the problem. We will give your item top priority and make sure we either fix the problem or replace the item free of charge including the return shipping cost.
We can only issue a refund for items that are returned within 30 days of delivery, are in their original condition, are free of damaged, and not missing parts. We will, if you so desire, gladly attempt to repair any item.
Returning a gift? If the item you're returning was not designated as a gift when purchased or if it was not shipped directly to you from trezora.com, please note that the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Items being sent for return, repair or exchange must be shipped by insured, traceable mail. This service is offered by UPS, USPS, and other carriers. Returns, repairs or exchanges can only be processed after we have received an email from you to
