We guarantee our work to be free of defect for as long as you own your Trezora Glass item. We stand unconditionally behind our workmanship and want to make sure this purchase or gift provides you with a lifetime of enjoyment and satisfaction.
If for any reason, your Trezora Glass item should break or become damaged through normal use or unexpected abuse, we will make every attempt to repair the item at little or no cost to you. If the item is damaged beyond repair, we will work to re-create the item to the best of our ability or maybe even rework it into something new for you for a reasonable charge.
If you should lose an earring, send back the one earring you have left and we will either try to create a match for it or create a brand new pair of the same earrings. We will give you a 25% discount off the original price and ship back your new pair of earrings to you (shipping and handling are separate).
If the issue was related to workmanship, we will fix and ship the item to you free of charge for as long as you own the item.
Procedure for shippingAn item being sent for repair must be shipped by insured, traceable mail. This service is offered by UPS, USPS, and other carriers. Repairs can only be processed after we have received an email from you to

info@trezora.com describing the issue. Make sure to pack all pieces carefully using a padded envelope for example. Furthermore, please include a note with your address, a daytime phone number and email address, and send to:
