You may exchange items purchased from Trezora.com within 30 days of purchase of the gift. The item being returned must be in its original condition. Simply call us at 512-576-8340 during normal business (Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm Pacific time) or email us at
returns@trezora.com to let us know how to handle your exchange. Ship your item to be exchanged using insured, traceable mail using UPS, USPS, or other carriers.

Depending on the weight and value of the item being exchanged, you may need to include a check to cover the cost of shipping the desired item back to you.
